Understanding Each Input (Simple Guide)

What is Currency Label?
This is the type of money you are using. Example: AED, USD, PKR. You can enter any currency or leave it empty. All calculations will use the same currency you enter.
What is Property Price?
This is the total cost of buying the property. Example: if the property costs 500,000, enter 500000.
What is Expected Monthly Rent?
This is how much rent you expect to receive every month from the property. Example: 5000 means you will earn 5000 every month.
What are Annual Expenses?
These are yearly costs to maintain the property. This includes maintenance, service charges, repairs, and management fees.
What is Vacancy Rate?
This shows how often your property might be empty without a tenant. Example: 10% means around 1 month in a year you may not get rent.
What is Down Payment?
This is the initial amount you pay from your own money when buying the property. The rest is usually paid in installments.
What is Monthly Installment?
This is the amount you pay every month to complete the property purchase if you are not paying full amount upfront.
What is Installment Duration?
This is the number of months you will keep paying installments. Example: 60 months means 5 years.
What is Expected Annual Appreciation?
This shows how much your property value may increase every year. Example: 2% means the property price grows slowly each year.
What is Holding Period?
This is how long you plan to keep the property before selling it. Example: 8 years means you will hold the investment for 8 years.
